Between 2018 and 2019 I was involved in a project with two of my best friends and I started. The idea was to collect good working material from different areas like office equipment, gardening, grills, bikes, mattresses and more. Then we loaded a 40 feet container. A good friend of us from Gambia and a family member who lived there for many years should take care of the arrival. It became a logistic nightmare; we had to unload the whole container twice fighting with many regulations. In the end, we managed to get it shipped, companies and private people involved were willing to donate a lot and offered a helping hand, which was very positive to experience.
